1. Take HIGHWAY 99 SOUTH to the Canada-U.S.A. BORDER.
2. Cross at the border into BLAINE, WASHINGTON, U.S.A. Once you are past the border, continue straight on I-5 SOUTH.
3. Take I-5 SOUTH through Washington and Oregon to I-10 EAST via the 210 EAST around Los Angeles (EXIT 161A off I-5 in California). To bypass Seattle, take I-405 (EXIT 182 off I-5 in WASHINGTON). To bypass Portland, take I-205 (EXIT 7 off I-5 in WASHINGTON).
