The best way is to replace the drain plug with a new one. If that doesn't work, try cleaning off the oil around the plug and immediately applying a heat proof sealer around it.
The oil fill plug is located at the base of the nose piece of the supercharger, near the pulley facing toward the front of the car. It is usually a flush mounted plug with a hex wrench hole in it. Be sure to use a sealer or teflon tape on the threads when you put it back in. Incidentally, a little oil leakage around the front of the supercharger is considered normal by GM.
if you put a oil base floor sealer over water base you will find the top coat will flake and peal off your new floor. You need to wait 30 days before applying the oil base sealer to reduce your chances of peeling.
yes but not the other way around the latex passes moisture
NO you do not. That is what the o-ring is for. If you use sealer it will wind up in the oil and that is Not good.
high miles, thin oil, bad valve guides, worn piston rings, leaky head gasket, and/ or a leaky PCV valve.
It is in the oil pan, and the oil pan is bolted to the bottom of the engine. Just look around the sides and bottom of it and you will see a bolt that is screewed into the oil pan. That will be the drain plug.
Oil in the radiator is usually an indication of a leaky head gasket.
It is in the oil pan, look around the bottom sides of it and you will find it.

where is the oil plug and filter
No, use heated mineral oil or linseed oil, or a polyurethane sealer.
