Interneurons or association neurons.
Giant multipolar neurons are neurons that have three of more processes attached to their cell bodies. A majority of multipolar neurons are involved in movement.
The question isn't clear enough. Does it mean the part that sends info. through the neuron (the axon)? Or does it mean the part that sends information to other neurons (the synapse)?

Sensory neurons carry signals from the receptors in our body (e.g. thermal, pressure etc.) to the relay neurons, which are found in our spinal cord. Relay neurons then send signals along the spinal cord to the brain. The brain then processes the information and sends a signal back down the spinal cord, through the relay neurons. Each neuron sends a signal to the next. These signals control all functions of the body and are made up of neurotransmitters. All sensory neurons send information to the brain and the brain decodes it and sends information to systems of the body to regulate what is happening.
A motor neuron is an efferent neuron as it 'sends out' a signal as opposed to sensory nerves which are afferent and relay information from the periphery towards the central nervous system.
