Hemophilia is actually the lacking of specific proteins in the blood. The liver normally produces these proteins (called clotting factors) but in people with hemophilia it does not function normally, either not producing or produces non funtioning versions of one or more of these clotting factor proteins
This answer is a little tricky. The obvious organ affected would be the liver. The genetic mutation that causes hemophilia either reduces the volume of a specific clotting factor protein that the liver produces or halts it all together.
Since the liver is not producing enough of the clotting factor protein bleeding can occur almost anywhere which is where the rest of the organs can be affected. These organs however are not affected by hemophilia until after bleeding begins.
Hemophilia is a blood clotting disorder so I assume if would effect all organs.
In hemophila all organs are affected since its a bleeding disorder and blood flows through your whole body it can clot anywhere.

The Extrinsic Pathway
The organ affected by bloating and gases is the stomach.
The lung is one organ that is affected.
The skin is both a sense and excretory organ.

Affected by?
I think the first organ to be affected by alcohol is your liver.
That will vary from disease to disease and organ to organ.
-- The organ of the sense of sight is the eye, including the optic nerve. -- The organ of the sense of hearing is the ear, including the middle and inner ones. -- The organ of the sense of smell is the nose and the olfactory nerves. -- The organ of the sense of taste is the tongue and its taste buds. -- The organ of the sense of touch is the skin and its nerve endings.

Hemophilia is a Sex-linked genetic disorder. It is found on the X chromosome of chromosome 23.A carrier for Hemophilia(represented by H(dominant) or h(recessive)) would look like this:XHXh(Female)*Males are not carriers for hemophilia-They are either affected or they're not*An affected person would look like this:XhXh(Female) XhY(Male)Someone who is neither a carrier nor affected would look like this:XHXH(Female) XHY(Male)
