The only sensors that I am aware of on the throttle body is the throttle position sensor.
To clean the throttle body assembly on a 2006 Ford Freestyle, first, ensure the engine is off and cool. Remove the air intake duct connected to the throttle body, then use a throttle body cleaner and a soft cloth or a brush to gently clean the inside of the throttle body, focusing on the throttle plate and surrounding areas. Be careful not to damage any sensors or components. Reassemble the intake duct and start the engine to ensure proper operation.
Do your throttle body linkages move when you press the accelerator pedel if not you may have a broken cable or if you have swaped engines the cable may not work properly. Does the engine rev when you manualy operate the throttle body also is your air flow meter hooked up as this will affect throttle as will other sensors so make sure all of these are connected
It is called the intake manifold.
To access the throttle body on a 1991 Miata, first ensure the engine is cool and disconnect the negative battery terminal. Remove the air intake duct by loosening the clamps and disconnecting any sensors attached to it. Next, detach the throttle cable and any vacuum lines connected to the throttle body, then unbolt the throttle body from the intake manifold for complete access. Be cautious of any gaskets that may need replacement during reassembly.
If the engine light on your 2005 Acura MDX remains on after a throttle body replacement, it could indicate a few issues. Ensure that the new throttle body is correctly installed and that all sensors, such as the throttle position sensor, are properly connected. Additionally, check for any vacuum leaks or error codes using an OBD-II scanner, as these can provide clues to the problem. If the light persists, it may require further diagnostics to identify any underlying issues unrelated to the throttle body.
On a 1993 Ford F-150, the throttle is typically located on the driver's side of the engine, attached to the throttle body. The throttle body is situated near the intake manifold, where the air enters the engine. The throttle pedal inside the cab is connected to the throttle body via a cable, allowing the driver to control the engine's air intake and, consequently, its power output.
A fuel injector pulse is the product of an electrical charge controlled by the ecm to briefly open an injector. If the engine is throttle body injected, you would find the injectors in the throttle body.
The ETC is electronic throttle control. It includes the throttle body, on the intake. The engine computer, under the cowl passenger side, and numerous sensors.
The throttle position sensor is on the throttle body. That's the part of the engine that controls the amount of air allowed into the engine. To find the throttle body, follow the air intake routing toward the engine. The throttle body is the part that sits on the intake manifold. To find the throttle position sensor, follow the throttle cable to the throttle body. If it helps, have someone press down and release the throttle pedal while you're looking for the throttle body/position sensor. The throttle cable causes a shaft to turn, that's the part that controls the air coming into the engine. The throttle position sensor is connected to that shaft.
The fuel presure regulator is on the drivers side of the throttle body about center from front to back of the engine. It is connected to the fuel return line and have a vaccume line connected to the throttle body. Frank
On the throttle body, opposite the cables. On the throttle body, opposite the cables.
The throttle body controls the amount of air that enters the intake manifold. It is connected to the intake manifold and is supplied filtered airthrough the air breather. The accelerator pedal is connected to the throttle plates that control the amount of air allowed to enter the engine.
