This was wrong and I'm sure your aware of that and this is going to change your relationship with your friend but you have to be honest with her and tell her. Then you will have to keep your distance from her boyfriend. Friends do not do such things to other friends and I'm not saying you were the only one in the wrong because he cheated on his girlfriend as well.

If you want to get this guy for yourself (and you wouldn't have kissed him if you didn't desire him) then you need to tell your friend that you kissed him so that she can decide who she wants to dump---her loser boyfriend, her best friend or both of you. As far as the boyfriend, keep in mind that he hasn't exactly rushed to dump her so he can be with you. It might give you a bit more insight into his motives.

If you want to be a good friend, tell your friend what happened and accept her decision about your friendship. You know you did a crummy thing to your friend. It's quite possible that she'll find out about this from someone else---and be even more hurt and angry because you hid it from her. So tell your friend before she finds out from another source. Not to over react at first. Something like this normally would come as a big shock but I'd get the jist of the story first. I would confront that matter, that you didn't want to believe what you saw and I just wanted to confront your friend or boyfriend. (Not accusing, because you have the right to know.)

say to him that you love your best friend and you cant do, that to them, then you explain the whole situation to your friend and say you didn't want it he kissed you and hope she understands!
