This is exactly what is happening to me right here, right now. it depends on how good the friend is. if she is a good friend and you like her more than him, dont do anything. if you like him more than her do this: ask him to hang out with you and your friend, and do stuff together. Get his email, email him just say " hey, i just found this funny YouTube website" get his cell number text him.
