It depends greatly on the activity YOU love, is there room for compromise? Find something outdoors that she DOES like to do and start there. Find things for her to do around the same location you want to visit that she likes. If you like to ski and she doesn't; go to a ski resort near a town known for antique stores or some historical museum that she might be interested in and meet up for lunch at the ski lodge. Perhaps she likes Photography, she could take pictures of you doing the outdoor activity. I had a boyfriend that loved to camp, my idea of "roughing it" was motel without room service. So he took me "camping" for a weekend in a rented motorhome. It got me hooked on nature walks, the beauty of the outdoors and eventually we started tent camping.
