What you should do is
1. click on start menu
2. open control panel
3. double click add/remove programs
4. check if you have the program "mirar"
(Mirar is a virus that downloads itself and opens up ads in the background that you cant see)
5. If you dont have it then ignore my answer
If you do then get a program called perfect uninstaller and that should get rid of it
