Fruits and vegetables are good Cause they're natural. Energy drinks, Coca Cola, Pepsi, anything w/ caffeine. Sugar. (You'll crash pretty hard if you drink/ eat a lot). If your trying to stay awake as long as you can drink 1 red bull, and you be up for a few hours (then crash).
Mainly foods with protein and vitamins. You should avoid excessive sweets and carbohydrates since people who eat junk food tend to feel tired all the time. B-complex is a good vitamin to add.
