You might want to put on the poster how much you want to be payed, the dog number range, and how long you will be willing to walk the dog.
You need to tell them how much you will suply and how much the owners supply(leaches, water, bags for if the dog "goes", ex.)!

That's good so far but you also nee contact details and maybe a pic of you walking a dog or something. Also it would be a good idea to suply most of the things yourself just so that they get a good impression of you and trust you.
