Hi I am a girl, so hopefully I am able to help you with this! If you two were dating before but you want to tell her that you only want to be friends lay it down nicley, calmly. Say you just want to take a break or tell her you can't love her anymore but you can't be without her so ask her if you can be friends. But if you havn't really talked to her at all and you want to be her friends that's another story and it might be harder to do. Just find a way to be around her without making it look like your stalking her. Talk to her and different times but don't get into a serious relationship. Sooner or later she will start talking to you on her own and laughing at things you say. Good luck!
