Lots of girls find themselves in this situation. It helps to rerun the reasons why you are sick of him in your head. Maybe, you are sick of him because he is cheating, then leave him and take the baby with you. If you are sick of him because you do not feel loved by him, talk to him. Ask him if he still loves you, and if he really wants to raise the baby with you. If he says yes, then stay with him. If he says no, then leave him. It always helps (no matter what the situation) to talk to your boyfriend.
