(assuming you are f2p) a great place for a lv 45 to train at is hill giants. its the shack house thing between barbarian village and grand exchange, and you need a brass key to enter. you can buy a brass key from the grand exchange. but, the dungeon is usually crowded and if you want to kill lots of giants without people stealing them, log onto a world with a low population or enter the resource dungeon inside (you need a certain dungeoneering level).
another good place for you to train is in the catacombs of famine in the stronghold of security (bring food). Zombies and flesh crawlers are great for training on because of their weakness to slash.
once you get combat level 60+, you should switch to training on moss giants on the island Crandor after Dragon Slayer instead (bring lobster or anything better).
The best spot to train hunter in is the Feldip Hills as it can support your hunting to level 45.
id say power train on like skeletons or black/white knights.
Train it to level 45.
Train nincada to level 45 without evolving it. Train nincada to level 45 without evolving it. Also, Train Trapinch till level 41 without Evolving. (Key:- When the Pokemon is evolving, keep pressing B)
Train up the level 45 oneorTrade from SoulSilver where you can catch a level 70 Ho-oh instead of a level 45 one.
F2p training differs from your levels. Low level training (levels 3-20) you should train on the goblins in Lumbridge. Levels 21-35 you should train at barbarian village. Levels 36-44 you should train on falador guards. Levels 45-60 you should train on Falador White knights. Levels 60+ train on hill giants in Edgeville Dungeon.
Metang evolves into a Metagross at level 45.
Umm, the answer would be WAY too long, so go to runescape wikia and look for guides there. You should have Rune armor at least when level 45, or 55. Kill hill giants near Grand Exchange, and collect big bones and sell on G.E.
In Runescape, I assume. By shooting a lot of arrows. You can also use a cannon, which is faster, but more expensive.
Nothing specail, though Starvia is hard to train. Level it up to level 45. Then you'll have a awsome Starapter!
Trapinch evolves into Vibrava at level 35 and into Flygon at level 45. It takes a long time to train but it is well worth it my friend.
It depends on your level of strength. If you are 45 strength, you can hit a maximum of about 13 or 14 (130 or 140 with the new HP system.).
