This is a hard question!!! It depends on your body type, amount of muscle, BMI, goals, body fat percentage, and current body weight. It also depends on what you call perfect. With that said--the first thing you sould do is consult a BMI chart and see wich category you fall in--here's one-- http://www.drrichardson.com/bmi-assessment.html
Once you do that I suggest performing a tape measurement on yourself as well. Here is a site that will help you get a body fat measurement based on a tape measurement. There are pictures of where to measure and fields to plug in your number to get a reading.-- http://www.linear-software.com/online.html
Compare the two results. If they are similar then you know where you stand.
You may also want to Google "waist to hip ratio" and see what result you get for that as well.
Remember, you are trying to determine what's healthy not what's trendy. Your actual ideal weight may differ from what source say you "should" be. Exercise 5 times a week to lose weight and three times a week to maintain. Cut back on carbs if you need to cut any cellulite-- no matter what size you are. I have been working on my weight using these tools and I am down to an 8 from a 14. My goal is a 6. But there are also women who are my height and are much smaller than me! I personally do not ever want to be that small (2 to 4), because I think its to skinny for my height. But to each its own!
Hope this helps!
I don't think there's a perfect body size. Each person is different. I am 5'4'' and when I was 23 years old I weighed about 135lbs and wore a size 4. Another person with my exact height with the same weight wore a size 6. It depends on your body shape, are you a person with an even breast to hip ratio? Do you have Larger bust than hips?
Honestly the perfect size for you, may not be the perfect size for someone else. Just strive to keep yourself toned and active.
There is no such thing as a perfect figure. Different cultures have different concepts and ideas of beauty.

There is no 'perfect' figure.

It varies from person to person.
There is no such thing as perfect . Love who you are.
The perfect figure size is not given in numbers. As long as you are healthy and not grossly overweight, then realize that you are you, and the perfect figure size is yours. Besides, would you want a figure that made men like you for something other than who you are as a person?
32-26-34
There is no "perfect" figure, or perfect weight, or perfect measurements, for a 21-year-old woman. Weight, and measurements, are related to height and body composition rather than age. What is more important is your body fat percentage. For more information about body fat percentage, see the Related Question further down this page.
