First you should wait until a time when you know all of your parents will be out for the whole of the night. Then you should dress in something "cool" to look good. Then you shold sit her down in the living room and tell her what you feel. If she agree's then snog her face off, if not ythen tough luck bro.
OR
The other option would be that when ur parents are out sit and watch a scary movie with her and make sure you are stiting next to her. Then when a realy scary scene comes on you put ur arm around her in "protection". Then you accidently kiss her during the movie and immideately appologise, thn try to do this again and maybe she will fall for you!!!
