Be more aggressive or forward and obvious about your interest in him. You dont need to flat out tell him, but get rid of some subtlty and make it apparent to him. Flirt with him and make sure he knoes that you're flirting. If all else fails, ask him out. Its not as traditional, but these things happen a lot in modern times and aren't looked down upon at all.
