Talk to her and hint that maybe it won't be so hard to find someone else. Spend more time with her and let her know gently that you love her.
To add, she might not be you soul mate! Maybe that guy is. Wait for them to break up. If they do, lucky you, but don't rush it! Also, DO NOT TRY TO BREAK THEM UP!!
