The oral surgeon or dentist will let you know if antibiotics are required.
Antibiotics are sometimes prescribed for tooth infections, but not for pain. The infecting bacteria will dictate the antibiotic to employ -- so one can't know until one cultures the infection. Antibiotics of choice for prophylacsis vary from one part of the world to another, so without a locale, this can't be answered either.
your antibiotics might not work as they should.
antibiotics should not be over used because antibiotics taken unnecessarily may kill the beneficial bacteria in the body.
If bacteria are susceptible to antibiotics, exposure to antibiotics will lead to the death or weakening of the bacteria.
You should never give your dog antibiotics yourself. If your dog needs antibiotics then he or she needs to be taken in to see a Veterinarian to correctly diagnose the problem. The Vet would know what is the proper antibiotic to give and in what dose. Why mess around with your pet's life??
Both are antibiotics, but if both are required, there is no problem in taking those 2 drugs together (and it might be okay to take them). But both should have been prescribed by the same doctor... he should know that he's using 2 antibiotics!

If you dont take all of your antibiotics the bacteria will continue to grow and its DNA will change so it will become resistent to the antibiotics
Depends on the immunization and the specific antibiotics used. You should ask this question to your doctor, he would be the one to know the specific details.
You should not use any antibiotic without consulting your physician. Antibiotics should not be taken lightly. You have to use the antibiotics for the coming generations also. So the use of the antibiotics should be done judiciously and carefully.
