If you are wanting to get Pied Ball Pythons out of a normal you will have a bit of trouble.. You would first have to find a Ball Python that is Heterozygous (HET) Pied. You would then have to breed the HET to the normal and get HET Pied babies. If you are worried about inbreeding then you would need two Normals and Two HET pieds so you would have two clutches of HET Pied babies. you would then have to wait till they are breeding age and breed the HET Pieds together. The odds of getting a Pied are about 20% or so from two HET pieds. Of course you could just buy two HET Pieds and leave the normal out of it. The first method is a run around way to do it without putting down a grand on a pure Pied as apposed to the $120+ for Het Pieds. I hope this answer helps you out.

Yes, I have done Punett squares but I don't know if another breed of snake is required before the two are breeded
Of course you can. Piebald is a colour variation.
Piebald is not a cross breed. Two dachshunds bred together need to have the piebald gene in their background. Piebald is recessive and will not show up but you could see a relative that was a piebald in the pedigree. Two piebalds bred together will produce all piebald puppies.
A Piebald Boerboel is also known as the South African Boerboel or South African Mastiff. This is a large dog breed from South Africa, bred for guarding the homestead.
no you can not breed a python with an eel , because there breeding strategies are completely different for a start eel's mate under the water where as python's do not as they are reptiles and breathe air!

you can't cross breed reptiles or amphibians. you might be able to cross breed color variants of the same species for example an albino bullfrog can breed with a regular bullfrog or a "standard" ball python can breed with a spider ball python i hope this helps
put them in the the same tank and nature will take its course
