What should you conclude when your boyfriend has stopped doing small things for you that he used to do and he has also stopped having sex with you anymore?

maybe you should talk him and ask him why. You are asking the wrong people ... sit down and ask him! He may have many reasons for his actions, but it doesn't necessarily mean he doesn't love you. It's time you found out exactly what he felt because you don't want to hang around someone that doesn't care for you. If he can't talk you and make more of an effort in your relationship then it only gets worse when you get married. Before the 60s young men and women didn't live together (if they did it was top secret and they'd lie and say they were married) but when the 60s came, rah, rah, rah, and "anything goes" brought on by a hippy, gypsy style of life, it went over the edge and went too far. People were sleeping with other people (often sharing partners) and many living together. While it may have been a great feeling of freedom people who did this gave up a lot: control in their lives, taking the mystery out of relationships, and telling all or giving all to a point life became mundane and there were few surprises left. By living with someone, having children as well and if lucky, then buying a home, it seems to me it's all backasswards. It's sort of like your birthday coming up and you are hoping and praying you get a certain something and then you see the box sitting there on the table. Anticipation is the best thing in life and gives us the thrills in our lives, so we can either leave that box sitting there for a few hours to a few days and get that excited anticipation or, we can open the box and take away all those great feelings. Well, when you live with someone, they get to know you, there sure isn't much to know any longer. Instead of partners making their relationship exciting, full of surprises, etc., all is said and done, the partners become bored quickly (men especially) and problems arise. There is nothing abnormal with not living with someone you love and waiting to get married. Actually, more and more young people are getting on the band wagon and not living with each other and also abstaining from sex if you can believe that. Instead of relationships getting more modern they are starting to turn back to the good old fashion ways. I know many younger men who often ask the advice of my husband and I, and the first thing out of their mouths is they want a good old fashioned girl and they are tired of the rat race out there. These young men don't mean that the woman stays home, cooks, has children and doesn't have a life, but they want a young woman in their lives that has a life of her own, is active, thinks further than just getting married and sex immediately. There is so much to see out in this world and it can be made more exciting by having a loyal and fun partner to do these things with. It's adviseable that one gets to know as much about themselves as they can before they hook up with someone that they really love. Getting to know as much as we possibly can about ourselves gives us strength in character and we learn many things such as loyalty, problem solving, wisdom, etc. Without it most relationships never survive.
