go for it, but don't act to needy, and take it one step at a time, get to know her (as much as you can) make sure she knows about you too though, ask her if she would like to go to the movies or something with some of her friends, and some of your friends too of course, if she says no then just keep talking to her and try again later, if she says yes then well..... GO! make sure she has fun though, definitly gotta have fun, i don't mean hang all over her, just make her laugh. then ask her if you two could go alone sometime.
