It is easy. Talk to them, get to know them better. If they stare constantly they are so into you! Even if they every once in awhile glance over it is a big change there into you. But, just take it slow get to know the person better before you go into a relationship you might find out you dont like them and wont to break up and if there the dramatic kind there will be alot of drama and you dont want drama, trust me.

∙ 13y agowhen someone constantly stares you must tell them whats your problem but say it more in a nice way if they say what are you talking about then they know what there doing if they avoid eye contact they may like you or just want nothing to do with you.but i would ask them why they stare all the time.
