Acknowledging that you have a problem is the first step towards solving it. Next time you start to get mad take a deep breath and count to ten then think what you can do instead of getting mad. Try to find an anger management program. Tell the family what you are doing and why. Don't keep saying sorry as sorry doesn't cut it if you keep doingthe same thing aover and over again. Say sorry and mean it.
