You can't if you have an other xbox account. I tried already but I can't because I locked myself out of my Xbox cause I didn't remember the password so you have to make a new xbox account and you don't get to have all you're saved data.

Hi Morris, my apologies for the delay. What exactly are you locked out of? You should be able to access the xbox 360 dashboard even without signing in to an xbox account. If all else fails and you can't access your xbox, try unplugging your wifi adapter or ethernet cable, and starting the xbox. This will at least allow your xbox to be usable while you resolve your user account details. It sounds like either there's an error with your account, or you can't get the credentials right. Try logging in to your xbox account on xbox.com. If it says your email / password is incorrect, then you can request an email to change it. Once you figure out your login details, you should be able to access xbox live on your console. If you can log in to your account on xbox.com, but not on your actual xbox, then I would contact xbox live customer service over this issue, since it would seem to be an error on their back end. Correct me if Im wrong here, but I think youre trying to recover your account, a very easy thing to do. If youre saying that you made a windows live account on the 360 with games and all that junk attached, and now it isn't on there for whatever reason, you should be able to get it back on there by signing out of all accounts on your dashboard, then going over to the slide of the homepage that says "Recover Gamertag", which should ask you for your info, so just follow instructions. If I understand you correctly, that should be all you have to do.
