What should you do if you've been dating a guy for 3 years and he always seemed afraid to get close because he's been hurt before and he would break up with you for about a month and come back?

number one you need to decide if he's worth it to continue dating you just said he would break up with you for a month and then find his way back to you, what you really need to be asking yourself what is he doing while he's away I don't think I could be with someone who would dump me for a month and then decided that he can come home like a lost puppy that ain't cool. This has been going on for three years, Girl, Girl, Girl let me tell you your making up excuses for him because you wrote these words HE ALWAYS SEEMED AFRAID TO GET CLOSE BECAUSE HE'S BEEN HURT BEFORE!!!
