If your a kid you should tell a concelear at school .
You should talk with a trusted parent or adult, and go to see your doctor.
YES! not all mothers should be granted full custody of their children!
If the child who was abused by their parent wants to retain a relationship with them, it is their choice but I wouldn't as you never know what they'll do to you next. I would just consider that family member to be a non-entity.
A child cannot petition the court, they need an adult advocate or agency to help. If the child is being abused, neglected, or endangered they should speak with a trusted adult: teacher, friend's parent, relative, etc. They could be helped by Child Protective Services but that may end up with the child being placed in foster care. Well first of all what are you troubled about? You should tell a trusted adult(like a parent or teacher) and they can help you.
No animal should be abused
This is a legal issue that can result in long term harm to the child. It should be addressed promptly. If the non-custodial parent believes the child is being mentally abused they should discuss the situation with an attorney who specializes in custody issues as soon as possible. They will need substantial evidence of the abuse. Parental alienation is a serious issue and many parents who place their anger above the best interests of their children try to alienate children from the other parent. They can do permanent damage and their children are their victims. The matter can and should be brought to the attention of the court. Parental alienation can be a reason for the court to modify the custody order. This is a legal issue that can result in long term harm to the child. If you parents are hurting you physically you should talk to a teacher or other trusted adult about it, if there hurting you mentally try talking to a school counsellor. Hope things get better!
she should call the police and have the abusers arrested!!! (EDIT BY Donnie-Darko) and yes. if there is certaintity of the abuse, she can legally stay at a trusted friend/relatives home. ONLY if there is proof of the abuse.
The issue isn't really age; it's whether the child is mentally and emotionally able to deal with it and whether it's safe to meet their biological parent(s)
A parent should be told of the death of a child by a trusted friend, doctor, or authority. They need to be told in a comforting way.
You should contact social services immediately. First of all, you are not trying to have a baby, you are having one. Secondly, you as a future parent have the sole right to determine where your child will grow up, and your parents have nothing to say to that.
