If you like him back, tell him you like him too. Otherwise just be friends and wait for him to have the courage to ask you out. If you've already told him you like him then it's in his court... he already knows how you feel he just needs to stop being a coward and ask you out already! And, he might just like you, but not like-like you... so play it safe and just hang.
