Go to your doctor NOW! My cousin fell when she was pregnant with her first child, but she did not have any cramps or anything and when she went to the doctor they found out that she had misscarried the baby. Please go to your doctor now! Hi, Brown spotting is referred to as "old blood" and is usually left over bleeding from your last period. BUT because you had a bad fall you do need to go to hospital to make sure your pregnancy is viable and that the baby is fine and healthy. Any falls during early pregnancy require the pregnant woman to see her doctor the same day to be examiner throughly to make sure the pregnancy is safe and the fall hasn't harmed the baby. Embryos are protected by a sac that is very strong and will usually prevent any damamge being sustained to the Embryo, but in the cases of a heavy fall to the abdomonen area it is always advisable to see your doctor for a thorough examination. Good luck.
You need to see an OBGYN. Good luck and God Bless:)
Spotting in the 1st month usually means nothing unless it is accompanied by cramping. I have had 4 successful pregnancies and have spotted light brown/pinkish with no complications with the babies. If the bleeding becomes heavy or cramping starts you should definitely see a doctor and express your concerns
Very common. Brown blood is old blood and should not be too concerning. If you begin spotting red blood or experience cramping you should contact your OB.
It all depends on your color of blood and level of pain in cramping. If your spotting is pink or brown-ish... they say it is not as big of a problem as dark red and/or heavy bleeding. I read that the embryo implants deeper during the 9th week and sometimes causes spotting and cramping. But either way, go with your intuition... ER or not!
im 16 and i was supposed to start my period a couple weeks ago and i never did now i am spotting brown blood i was wondering if anyone could tell me what that means
brown spotting , no heartbeat in u/s brown spotting , no heartbeat in u/s brown spotting , no heartbeat in u/s
I have been trying really hard to get pregnant this past month and I have alot of concern. I have had a strong odor while urination for the whole month and now I have spotting before my period supposed to be here. What should I do ? I have cramping too and the color of the blood turning to brown.
Pregnancy symptoms and PMS symptoms overlap one another so much it's ridiculous. If you are worried that you may be pregnant, you need to take a home pregnancy test. If you have had sex without the use of protection, you could be pregnant. It does not matter what time of the month it is for you. Even if you did use protection, there is still a small chance you could get pregnant. If you are pregnant, the brown spotting is likely implantation bleeding. The stomach cramping due to your uterus preparing, and the backache is probably uterine related also. But, cramping, backaches, and spotting are also PMS symptoms. Take a pregnancy test.
You should call your doctor. Good luck and God Bless:)
this could be old blood--this happen this to be but last one week and you will still have a healthy pregnancy --congrat
You very well might be. The brown spotting is most likely to be implantation bleeding which is very common.
The fact that you had a period suggests that you're not pregnant, however this isn't always the case. the brown spotting could simply be the blood drying.
Not normally - see the doctor straight away
