DON'T MOVE HER, under any account- her spine could be fractured. Moving her could cause damage to the spinal cord and result in paralysis or loss of limb movement. Call the emergency services, and then just stay with her until they arrive- keep her still, don't allow her to move. Also keep her warm with a blanket, a jacket or whatever else comes to hand. Avoid giving her anything to drink in case she has a punctured lung. Administer reassurance.
You should go back and read what you just wrote: an unconscious airman isn't going to tell you anything.
Tell the casualty to keep still and not move. Send someone to obtain medical help. Is this a trick question???
Do not roll her over as this risks neck and spinal injuries. Get qualified medical assistance, to immobilize the head and neck, before moving the injured person.

If a person is injured and conscious, and they are freaking out, try to calm them down and call 991 if needed. Ask them where they are hurt(don't ask if it's obvious) and try to comfort them while waiting for the paramedics, like reassuring them that they're going to be alright, and such.
