I'm going through the same exact situation it sucks cause i only see him once a year): It depends on how much you like him for example: if u like this person but u have mixed feelings or you don't really like them that much but it's just a crush then let is pass and get over the person. But if u like this person: call them or tell them through email or your phone or myspace/facebook/aim/skype and ect. i hope i helped(:
