It is obvious the woman who yelled at you to stop staring at her when you were not made a mistake or, it's possible she felt unnerved that you happened to be looking in her direction while waiting for your bus. It is best just to ignore the situation and stop looking for your bus until it comes to your stop where you are waiting.
