i think there are 3 options - bearing in mind i am a girl, and a guy i knew had some trouble with that himself.
#1-get a friend to tell her - this is what my friend did to his friend, but it is not a good way, it shows weakness, and cowardice, that is why i said no.
#2-tell her on the internet - a facebook message, or msn chat, it still shows a little bit of shyness, but hey, eveey girl wants a little bit of shy in a guy.
#3-tell her straight forward - ask her if you want to meet up at the movies, and tell her either after the movie, or if you both go outside of the theatre.
i would, and so would a lot of girls like #3. it shows bravery, and honesty, and loyalty. i hope you find this useful, and good luck. if you tell her the right way, she'll fall head over heels for you. xx

Unless the girl is your friend don't be worrying about her. Follow your heart it is better to be loved than not have been loved. i agree you should follow your heart and do you really think he likes you but you guys could just become friends and then later on find out if he likes you .seriously go for it he might just end up being the that you've been waiting for. unless the girl is your friend .
