Talk to her about it.
Obviously she flirts back, so she could very well be thinking the same way you are. If both of you are keen to go the next step, it will work out; if you simply sit and wonder whether it will blow up in your face, then you will never take the chance and probably miss out.

I fell for one of my closest guy friends who I have known pretty much my whole life. If I were you, I would ask him out. If you are really close then it won't affect your relationship in the longterm. Don't do what I did- I didn't say anything and now he has a girlfriend and has totally forgotten about me. say somthing! theres no way hes flirting for fun, hes most likely scared of rejection.
