Encourage her to park near a busy entrance, where it is likely that people will be coming and going when she exits the building. Though she is lkely to refuse, you can also encourage her to take someone with her, but even if she will not do that, ask her to tell you or a close friend where and what time she is meeting him. Also, discourage her from going to any place that is private with him or getting into a vehicle with him until she gets to know him better.
