In other words, he probably thinks you're a stalker. Or he wants to have two girlfriends and be a playa. You don't need to have a crush on him. Have a crush on someone with honesty. True, to the above, but it can also mean different things. He may not actually be a "playa", but actually might just want to be nice to you. Hiding his girlfriend from you kind of shows about how much he cares about what you think of him and that he actually cares about your thoughts and feelings. And because of that, he probably doesn't want you to get hurt if you see him with his girlfriend.
