You could try to buy her out or ask her to buy you out. Easier said than done, for sure. She may not have sufficient income to secure and support the mortgage, which both of you are supporting now. You could, perhaps, threaten to abandon the property and renege on paying your portion of the monthly bill. That would damage your credit rating, of course, but if she thinks you're willing to live with that, she may be forced to face the reality that she cannot go it alone and may agree to sell.
