what should you do is difficult to awnser as it is a vague question and those who would awnser know nothing about you. But I will hazard an awnser. 1st I assume you love him otherwise he would be your ex-husband. 2nd I see that you know he does this and are looking for an awnser rather than trying to demand that he stop. By being supportive in at least not trying to stop him you are already on the right track. No one likes to be told that they are not allowed to do something.
If his dressing bothers you then talk to him and explain that it bothers you so you would prefer that he not do it around you make it clear that it is ok if he dresses but not around you.
if his dressing does not really bother you then you should try to help him so that he look like a real woman. You may be glad that you did as you can spend more time with him doing fun things like shopping and hanging out together he may end up becoming you favorite girlfriend.
