hopefully you set it up for storage.
if not... You need to drain all the gas out of it, put a cup of new and let it drain.
I would change the oil.
change the differential oil.
put new gas in it.
if it will not fire you may need to clean the carb.

From what I've seen it appears to be 10 years or 105,000 miles.
Honda's maintenance schedule says 110,000/7 years. This is probably for 2001-2005 Civics, since they are the same generation, but I am not positive about that. I have seen what seems like random guesses for other Honda vehicles on this site. Go with the actual Honda recommendation!
