I searched all over Bing and Google to find your answer. I found a story about a 20 year old who has had a bulging disk for over 4 years. She kept going to the doctor asking for pain relief. The doctor told her she needs to get over the pain. Sorry, but I don't think you can find a simple solution to your problem.

Does a bulging disk in low back cause pain while sitting lying do and standing?

It can. I would talk to your doctor. A bulging disc can cause all kinds of symptoms such as back pain, radiating leg pain, hip pain, foot numbness, neck pain, arm pain, etc.. The only way to really be sure is to be seen and hopefully get an MRI or CT Scan to be sure.

Paracentral disc protrusion L4-5?

This is a bulging of the disk material on the back side of the vertebral bodies, at the junction of the Lumbar and sacral portions of the spinal column. This is one of the most common sites of this event. When the disk protrudes into the canal at this point, it typically imposes itself onto the remnants of the spinal cord, causing low back pain often with radiation into the buttocks, posterior thigh, calf, or foot. This is the early stages of what is typically known as "disk herniation."

How To Diagnose Foot Pain?

Foot pain can make almost every part of your daily activities miserable, and as anyone who’s had serious foot problems can attest, sufferers want to end foot pain as quickly as possible. Luckily, there are a number of products available that can alleviate foot pain. For the average person, it’s important to first assess the nature of the problem. This should start with an analysis by a doctor for serious foot pain. If you only feel a few aches, you may be in the early stages of a serious foot injury, but by treating your foot pain early, you can often alleviate your symptoms. You should note that increasingly bad foot pain can be a serious issue, and if your symptoms get worse while you’re treating your foot problems on your own, you should contact a doctor or specialist immediately. If the foot pain is coming from the center of the foot, an arch problem may be the issue. Arch issues are common among flat footed individuals, but anyone can have arch issues if their shoes are worn out or if they’ve been exercising too much, too quickly. Reassess your exercise routine, and think about ways to improve it. If you run or jog, take some time off while the arch pain dissipates. The ball of the foot and the front of the foot can also be painful, and this type of foot pain is usually caused by bad habits. Again, think about your exercise regimen, and make sure that you’re walking and running properly.Regardless of the cause of foot pain, you should stay off of your feet for a few days to give the damaged tissue time to heal. Apply a few cubes of bagged ice to your feet for 20 minutes at a time. Elevate your feet when possible. Look into special inserts for your shoes to alleviate your foot pain, regardless of where the pain is coming from. If you take the pressure off of your feet, you should notice an improvement in your symptoms within a few days. Again, if foot pain continues, seek a doctor’s advice, or you may risk a serious foot injury.
