There seems to be a lack of communication skills here and perhaps she feels you don't want to go back with her and you could be feeling the same way about her. Call her up and see what she thinks about giving it another go. Don't just continue on as you were before, but discuss your relationship and learn from the mistakes you made together. People aren't perfect and make mistakes. Communication skills are even more important than sex!
