It is probably going to be hard but just act normal around them. Talk to them confidently and gaze into their eyes. Get to know them. Then one day when you are sure it is the right time, ask them out.
If you are a male you can say: "Hey (their name) wanna go out with me on (whatever day) I would really like you to come, will you?." If you are a girl you could say"So you wanna go out somewhere on (whatever day)it won't be fun going there without you." Then you could invite them over to your house one day and get to know them MORE.
