What should you expect if your boyfriend has Asperger's Syndrome?

As someone who has Asperger's Syndrome, I can honestly tell you that you have very little to worry about. The symptoms, from what I've observed with myself and the few others with the disorder, differ from person to person. Don't feel uncared about, if your boyfriend doesnt seem to care as much about you as himself. We dont mean to come across this way... Sometimes, it's hard for me to express how I feel about other people, so I find I end up talking about things from the view of how I would feel about something, as oppose to how I believe someone else must feel. The biggest problem I have, is communicating with other people. But most people I have met with Aspergers, are very caring, very compassionate people. We just dont do so well with expression. Just because he doesn't seem to notice how wonderful you are, doesn't mean he doesnt notice how wonderful you are. Good luck with your relationship, I wish you both many happy moments.
