For rabbit litter you can use:

Also put hay in the box, or in a feeder just above the box. Rabbits like to use the box as they graze, so this will encourage good litter habits and lots of hay eating!
Do not use
- Cedar or pine chips/shavings - they may cause kidney disease
- Anything that isn't safe to eat (bunnies often take a nibble of their litter), like:
- Cat litter (clay litter) - dangerous to eat
- Corn or wheat-based litters - unhealthy to eat
