You should be neatly and cleanly dressed. You do not necessarily need to wear a suit. The general advice is to wear something one step up from what you would normally wear to work. In other words do not wear ripped up jeans or shirt. for girls maybe try a nice skirt and a nice shirt or if you do not like skirts try to find a pair of black jeans or white. You can also try a womans suit.
