The side that John Bell Hood fought for was the Confederacy.

It extends up one side of the bell. Pretty much up the entire side.
I didn't fight at all, which side did you fight on.
Texas was a slave state and joined the Confederacy on February 1, 1861. As with the other slave states, they saw President Lincoln as a threat to slavery despite Lincoln's assurances that he would not interfere with slavery in the states where it already existed. He made good on his promise the the border states like Maryland that did not join the Confederacy but were allowed to keep their slaves.

Not hood latch, but hood alignment. I own a 1994 F150. I even own the "book". The passenger side of the hood is fine. The driver side had a bad hood spring link assembly. If I tried to close the hood, this assembly would sometimes lock up and cause the hood to be bent. Must I buy a hood to make the adjustment or can I adjust and re bend the hood by sitting on the side that is bent? you will need to replace the bad hood spring and then the hood.
