There is no heavier motor mount available for your vehicle. Inspect the other motor and or transmission mounts for wear. They should not break so easily unless there is some other mount that is bad causing that one to break.
i had a similair problem its actually the motor mount has been broken or the rubber grommets holding the exhaust in place are getting worn down and need to be replaced!!
Probably not. Different electronics, controls, probably different tranny mount configuration too. If you're trying to fit a new tranny into your Mystique, look into a late model Escape tranny. You can pick up a fresh re-man from eBay for relatively little.
The Ford Contour and Mercury Mystique here in the USA used the same spec motors, and in europe, the Mondeo used the same motors from the early '90s till around 2002. You can also mount a 3.0L duratec from a Taurus, Sable, or Escape, though the swap process is a little daunting for most people.
You have to remove the screws to the battery mount.1. Loosen the (2) six sided screws completely in front of the base of the battery.2. Loosen the heightened screw completely that extends from the back of the base of the battery mount.3. Be careful not to cut yourself removing the battery. Lift the battery out of the mount.

There is no fixing a broken motor mount. Replace them with a new ones.
Jack the motor up and take the motor mount loose on the top right side. Carefully lower the motor down until you see the crankshaft bolt on the bottom. Then take the center bolt off the crankshaft and then the pulley will come off.
On your motor mount
Are you are talking about a dual terminal battery? This battery can be used in a side mount or top mount configuration whichever applies.
Open the hood and look see.
