Most likely a 15mm wrench. Unlikely to be Allen in that vehicle.
That is a 3/8 Allen.
You need a 3/8" Allen wrench to remove them.
I believe that's a 5/16 or maybe 3/8 Allen.
Allen wrenches come in various sizes. There is no definitive information as to what size is needed to remove a brake caliber so you will need to match the wrench size to the best of your ability.
You need 15 and 18 mm wrench.

remove tire, take brake caliper off with a 7/16 Allen wrench , use c-clamp or old pads to pry caliper all the way open, install new brakes n reassemble
Lug Wrench to remove tire & Wheel Socket Wrench or Hex Wrench to remove Caliper bolts Large "C" clamp to collapse caliper piston Rags, and a good spray brake cleaner
It's 12 mm bolts, not Allen key.
I believe that is a 3/8" allen.
