Remove tires, remove the four inner nuts for the axle, remove the bolts for the lower shock and spring assemblies, and allow both axle and out hub assemblies to swing down. Keep your shims in the right order. Undo the 5/8" bolts for the calipers, and the 7/16" bolts for the handbrakes and remove the caliper. Remove the rotor. And then put it together.

How do you remove a idler pulley1988 tbird?

One configuration of the idler pulley on the 1988 was a solid pulley connected with two bolts to a bracket on the front of the engine. The other configuration was a spring loaded pulley. If the bracket kind, remove the tension (with the bolt on top, you need to actually TIGHTEN the bolt to loosen the tension), then loosen the two bolts connecting to the bracket. Comes loose pretty easy. Replacement is around $15. http://www.marksatterfield.com

How do you replace the entire headlamp on the passenger side if you cannot get your hands in close enough to remove the bolts?

Most of the time you can use a magnent to get the bolts out. To "break" the bolt threads loose, and to UNSCREW them you can use a SOCKET SET, with EXTENSION[s], and possibly a SWIVEL. Then, as answer 1 says, if the bolts cannot be reached by hand, you could use a magnetic or a spring loaded claw-type PICK UP TOOL to extract the bolts. I am confused however, in that IF you cannot get your hand[s] in even to remove bolts, then how are you possibly going to extract the entire assembly? That suggests the necessity of removal of "other" components which are in the way, thus solving the bolt access problem. Good luck.

How do you tighten the serpentine belt on a 2002 Pontiac Sunfire?

The serpentine belt tension in the Sunfires is self adjusting via the tensioner which is in the belt path. It's spring loaded against the belt. I guess the spring could be wearing out, but I rather doubt it on a car as new as yours. The only other alternative I can think of would be that the Alternator has come loose, but that more or less implies that a couple of bolts have fallen out of it. Why are you asking about the belt? Are you observing something abnormal?

Where is the idle pulley on a 1992 Jeep Laredo?

if you'r elooking for the spring loaded idler - there isn't one. belt replacement/adjustment are performed using a screw rack assembly behind the power steering pump. there are several bolts to relase, then a threaded rod accessed from the fender side to move the assembly closer/fartehr from the block.
