A correctly fitting underwired bra is not bad for any women. Incorrectly fitting may cause backache, indigestion etc... for all ages. There are no specific issues associated with wearing an underwired bra at 13 years old which are not applicable at any other age.

Underwired bras are for women with big breasts to keep them in place No, I dont belive they will, if the girl has small breasts, she has small breasts, its in her genes, unless she has some wierd desease or something like that... underwire bras just make breasts look biger, they dont interfere with development. ---- no but why do you wear an underwire bra do you want to look like you have big boobs or do you want guys to look down you shirtsince they will think you have big boobs I know why she wants to wear a under wire bra the same reason i do. it is because f she has small breasts (not developed yet) she doesn't want to seem left out as all her mates have breasts well i am anyway and thy say well everyone grows at different times. but it still don't help me it is not to make you look like you have ~BIGGER~ breasts it is to make you look like you ~HAVE~ breasts . that's why flat chested people wear them if you have smaller breasts really count yourself lucky! it can mean you have a lot more freedom and i would willingly swap my 34c breasts I'm 13) for my friends 30b boobs. i have so many problems, i can't wear what i want because i get teased, i can't do certain sports because of the operation i had on them (they were growing to fast and causing my crippling pain and something else was wrong so i had to have three operations i have a lovely scar on the underside of my breast now, the only good thing is that because my breasts are so large they have the healthy, almost, slight droop that covers my scar in the changing rooms)
When to start wearing a bra?
When your breasts start developing you should start wearing crop tops/training bras. Once you have developed large enough to fit into an A cup, you should wear a proper bra.
